Our solution is an entirely web-based Application Service Provider. An Application Service Provider, or ASP, manages and delivers application solutions to multiple entities from data centers across a wide area network. An ASP helps organizations and individuals better manage IT costs by providing predictable costs for applications and services and by reducing the total cost of technology ownership. By freeing clients from the complex and time-consuming burden of technology management, ASPs also help end-users better focus on their core business requirements. Finally, by leaving technology management to professional service providers, clients avoid the risks of making costly technology planning and implementation errors.
The beauty of a web-based solution is that we can continue to add new features and enhancements on a regular basis that will benefit ALL of our clients, with no additional fees incurred. Our services are based on the technology we provide, so we are continuously updating our technologies to account for the needs and desires of our clients. By maintaining close contact with our clients, we understand their needs and concerns and are able to address them very efficiently.
On a quarterly basis we release an "update" to our solution. Because HRToolbox is an Application Service Provider, each client will see the same quarterly updates. There are, however, numerous screens within our system that are customizable by each client. During a client implementation, company-defined additional fields and other customizations will be defined. Depending on the level of complexity and change required, the client-requested features can be implemented in as little as a few days.
System maintenance and scheduled enhancements are done during off-hours, usually on the weekends. Notice is given to the client base well in advance of any updates taking place.
