Our web-based product allows us to greatly reduce a client's "time-to-benefit". A typical implementation takes only four to six weeks. We attribute this to our well-defined implementation processes.
Our Implementation model consists of three phases: Pre-Implementation Planning, the Implementation Workshop, and Post-Implementation. Before we visit our client's office for the three-to-five day Implementation Workshop, we will send a guide to the Implementation Team that outlines our three phases. The client is asked to review the guide and complete a few details to help us adhere to our schedule and aid in the progression of the implementation.
The HRToolbox Client Services Team leads the Implementation Workshop for the client's Project Leader and Team Members. The purpose of this workshop is to give clients an understanding of our implementation and education process. It will also provide an overview of some of the documents and other information that the HRToolbox Team will need to effectively configure the HRToolbox solution.
The remaining weeks will consist of off-site custom configuration, gathering and uploading the client's company and employee data, testing, and further refinements to insure that the service is operating as required.
