We have a knowledgeable Client Services department whose main responsibilities are to provide our clients with any assistance required. Members of our Client Services team have experience in a wide array of industries and have worked in various international mobility departments. We connect with many of the HRToolbox administrators as we can relate to their everyday problems and concerns. This better enables us to examine and evaluate their trouble spots and find solutions to fit their needs.
HRToolbox is continuously striving to keep the lines of communication active between our team and each of our clients. Surveys are taken on a regular basis to ensure that HRToolbox is meeting the demands of our clients. Our product has become what it is today because of the detailed client feedback and communication offered on a regular basis.
Support for each client begins immediately upon subscription to our service. The Sales and Client Services teams will walk our new clients through every step of the implementation process, always ready to answer any questions. Once the client is operational, both teams will follow up periodically to make sure the system is working as designed and expected - no detail is overlooked.
