Hi, I'm Thomas Shelton, and I founded HRToolbox twenty years ago because I believed that there was a better way to deliver on the promise of technology. The standard path of sales teams and RFP processes work well for large companies, but I haven't ever seen it provide the value that was promised to any one individual. So we decided to do things a little differently.
